Esta semana la he sentido bastante pesada, debido a la sobrecarga de la semana pasada. Me ha costado levantar algunas planchas, pero la verdad es que marqué bastante bien algunas de ellas y varios front levers. Estoy tratando de mejorar la duración en los ejercicios estáticos, ya que siento que he estado algo estancado en algunos de ellos. Así que haré algunos cambios en las rutinas para mejorar mi rendimiento en las posturas que realizaré.
Espero que disfruten las fotografías. A mí me gustaron bastante, me encantó cómo estaba el cielo, ya que acababa de llover, así que se ve bastante hermoso cómo se despeja para mostrar esa radiante luz del sol en un atardecer tan bello.
Hola amigos de Hive y comunidad de SWC. Quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías tomadas el día de ayer. Fui al parque con mi amigo Exis (@alexdro-sw), quien me acompañó. Lo único es que el clima se veía bastante tenso y pensé que iba a llover. Lo bueno es que solo cayó una llovizna y todo se calmó. Luego me puse a calentar para practicar algunos trucos.This week has felt pretty heavy, due to the overload from last week. I struggled to lift some planks, but I actually scored quite well on some of them and several front levers. I'm trying to improve the duration on the static exercises, as I feel like I've been kind of stagnant on some of them. So I will be making some changes to the routines to improve my performance in the postures I will be performing.
I hope you enjoy the pictures. I quite liked them myself, I loved how the sky was, as it had just rained, so it looks quite beautiful how it clears to show that radiant sunlight in such a beautiful sunset.
Hello friends of Hive and SWC community. I want to share with you some pictures taken yesterday. I went to the park with my friend Exis (@alexdro-sw), who accompanied me. The only thing is that the weather looked pretty tense and I thought it was going to rain. The good thing is that only a drizzle fell and everything calmed down. Then I warmed up to practice some tricks.

Gracias Manu, la verdad no pensé que fueran a salir tan bonitas, ya que ese día estaba con lo del reto y me sentía algo pesado. Pero de igual forma salieron bonitas, también agradezco a mi amigo Exis (@alexdro-sw) que me ayudó a tomarlas
