Handstand, planche y front lever: Pequeños logros que me inspiran a seguir
Handstand, planche and front lever: Small accomplishments that inspire me to keep going ¡Un gran saludo a todos los amigos de Hive y a la comunidad de SWC! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia de entrenamiento que realicé ayer, después de un tiempo de inactividad. Aunque me sentía un poco pesado y fuera de forma, logré ejecutar algunas posturas que me llenaron de motivación y me recordaron que, con esfuerzo, puedo volver a mi mejor nivel.
Ayer me enfoqué en trabajar algunas posturas desafiantes, como el handstand (parada de manos), *full planche, *straddle planche y front lever. Aunque no aguanté tanto tiempo como solía hacerlo antes, me animó mucho saber que aún puedo realizar estos movimientos. Claro, admito que mi cuerpo se sintió pesado y lento durante la ejecución, pero eso no me desanima. Al contrario, me motiva a seguir entrenando con constancia, porque sé que, con disciplina, en un par de meses estaré mucho más activo y en mejor forma física. Además del entrenamiento, ayer también tuve la oportunidad de ir al parque y compartir un rato con los muchachos. Fue genial escuchar sobre sus progresos y logros en sus propios entrenamientos. Ver cómo avanzan y se superan día a día me llena de emoción y me inspira a seguir adelante. La comunidad y el apoyo mutuo son fundamentales para mantenerse enfocado y motivado en este camino. Con esto cierro mi post por hoy. Today, I want to share with you my training experience from yesterday, after a period of inactivity. Although I felt a bit heavy and out of shape, I managed to pull off some poses that filled me with motivation and reminded me that, with effort, I can get back to my best level.
Yesterday, I focused on working on some challenging poses, such as the *handstand, **full planche, **straddle planche, and *front lever. Even though I couldn’t hold them as long as I used to, it was really encouraging to know that I can still perform these movements. Of course, I admit that my body felt heavy and slow during execution, but that doesn’t discourage me. On the contrary, it motivates me to keep training consistently because I know that, with discipline, in a couple of months, I’ll be much more active and in better physical shape. In addition to training, yesterday I also had the chance to go to the park and spend some time with the guys. It was great to hear about their progress and achievements in their own training. Seeing how they improve and push themselves every day fills me with excitement and inspires me to keep going. Community and mutual support are essential for staying focused and motivated on this journey. With that, I’ll wrap up my post for today.
