Great Training With Great Athletes
Un gran saludo amigos de Hive y comunidad de SWC, hoy voy a estar compartiendo con ustedes parte de mi entrenamiento realizado el día de ayer, el entrenamiento que realice lo hicimos todos los muchachos del parque, este entrenamiento lo coloco mi amigo Jesús Villanueva (@yisus-sw).
Este entrenamiento me agrado bastante ya que recuerda a cómo entrenaba antes junto a otros compañeros del streetworkout, donde aprendí bastante y me ayudó a progresar bastante. Me emociono que todos los muchachos del parque quisieron hacer la rutina, así que hicimos todos el mismo entrenamiento, claro cada uno en el progreso que podía. El entrenamiento que realizamos fue para mejorar la resistencia de la plancha, realizamos variaciones de aguantes, cómo en full planche, en stradlle planche, advanced planche entre otros. También hicimos algunas lanzadas combinadas de aguantes en handstand. Para luego terminar con algunas push ups en planche lean, con eso culminamos el entrenamiento. De verdad disfrute el compartir con todos los muchachos este grandioso entrenamiento y me recordó buenos momentos de cuando estaba iniciando en este hermoso deporte, sin más nada que decir me despido 💪🔥. I really liked this workout because it reminds me of how I used to train before with other streetworkout guys, where I learned a lot and it helped me to progress a lot. I was excited that all the guys in the park wanted to do the routine, so we all did the same workout, of course each one in the progress he could. The workout we did was to improve plank resistance, we did variations of plank holds, such as full plank, straddle plank, advanced plank and others. We also did some combined handstand lunges. Then we finished with some push ups in planche lean, that was the end of the training. I really enjoyed sharing with all the guys this great training and reminded me of good times when I was starting in this beautiful sport, with nothing more to say I say goodbye 💪🔥.
