Bueno amigos de SWC espero que les gusten las fotografías, esto ha sido todo por hoy y nos veremos en un próximo post!.
Hola a todos amigos de SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy y pues en esta otra ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de mi trote que realize junto a mi amigo @sw-yisus dónde trotamos aproximadamente una distancia de 5km y de regreso serían otros 5km por lo que serían 10km como máximo dónde comenzaríamos el trote en mi casa pasando por varias avenidas y luego quedaríamos en una reta bastante larga llamada la Jacinto Lara dónde llegaríamos al final y pasaríamos por la zona donde anteriormente entrenábamos en un parque que está situado en esta que se llama caja de agua donde en ese parque hoy en día entrenan otros compañeros de nosotros que de vez en cuando vamos a visitar y convivir con ellos un poco, seguimos con el trote y fuimos pasando más y más calles hasta llegar a un pequeño parque el cual tenía tiempo sin pasar por el y aproveché de tomar unas cuantas fotos y hacer siquiera un front lever, ya en otra ocasión podría atreverme a hacer un pequeño entrenamiento ahí antes de seguir con el trote, ya estoy se haría mucho más temprano por el tema del sol y la gente ya que mientras más tarde se hace pues las calles se llenan más de gente y carros haciendo un poco difícil el trotar correctamente y sin obstáculos, espero en otra ocasión volvamos a ir a este pequeño parque que nos volvamos a animar y aprovechando que estos días sigo trotando bastante seguido junto a mi amigo yisus 💪🏻❤️.Well SWC friends, I hope you like the photographs, that's all for today and we'll see you in a next post!
Hello to all SWC friends I hope you are all doing well today and on this other occasion I come to bring you some photos of my jog that I did with my friend @sw-yisus where we jogged approximately a distance of 5km and on the way back it would be another 5km so it would be 10km maximum where we would start the jog at my house passing through several avenues and then we would meet in a fairly long challenge called Jacinto Lara where we would arrive at the end and we would pass through the area where we previously trained in a park that is located in this one called water box where in that park today other colleagues of ours train that from time to time we go to visit and live with them a little, we continued with the jog and we were passing more and more streets until we reached a small park which I had not passed by for a while and I took the opportunity to take a few photos and do at least a front lever, another time I could dare to do a little training there before continuing with the jog, I am already much earlier for the issue of the sun and the people, since the later it gets, the more people and cars the streets fill up, making it a bit difficult to jog properly and without obstacles.
