Este viernes (17 de enero 2025), finalizó mi semana de entrenamiento correspondiente, por lo que, les dejo en esta publicación un pequeño video resumen de lo que realicé.
Después de haber laburado, me di una ducha y alisté para salir. Partí al parque de barras a las 6:15 pm, motivado y con energía. Al llegar me encuentro con la sorpresa de que habían venido algunos brothers de "Villa Upata" a visitarnos y, por supuesto, a entrenar un poco.
Como es costumbre, me preparé y di inicio este entrenamiento enfocado a "Power moves" de "Front lever". Empezando con "Full planche push-up", logrando hacer 2 repeticiones a rango completo más "Press to handstand" y negativa a "Full planche"; luego con "Front lever pull-up", logrando hacer 14 repeticiones. Realice algunas rondas del mini combo de "swing 360" y "Tornado 360", después procedí con los combos de "Powerfree", iniciándolos cada uno de ellos con otro ejercicio de fuerza de alta dificultad, aparte en el mismo combo no dejar de lado el enfoque de este entrenamiento.
Detuve el entrenamiento para finalizarlo en casa, ya que casi se iban a hacer las (9:00 pm). Al llegar a casa realicé como 4 series de máxima repetición de "Front lever pull-up", aunque, me esforcé por alcanzar a hacer 10 repeticiones por serie, pero lastimosamente mi cuerpo no daba para más. Como conclusión, si he tenido mejoras en "Full planche push-up"; cada vez tengo más dominó en las "Front lever one arm"; lo evidente de que me costaba hacer "Hefesto" por el tiempo que no las hacía; y que terminé satisfechamente agotado con las "Front lever".

This Friday (January 17, 2025), my week of training ended, so, I leave in this publication a small video summary of what I did.
After working, I took a shower and got ready to leave. I left for the bar park at 6:15 pm, motivated and energetic. When I arrived I was surprised to find that some brothers from "Villa Upata" had come to visit us and, of course, to train a little.
As usual, I prepared myself and started this training focused on "Power moves" of "Front lever". Starting with "Full planche push-up", achieving 2 reps at full range plus "Press to handstand" and refusal to "Full planche"; then with "Front lever pull-up", achieving 14 reps. I performed a few rounds of the mini combo of "swing 360" and "Tornado 360", then proceeded with the combos of "Powerfree", starting each of them with another exercise of high difficulty strength, apart in the same combo not to leave aside the focus of this training.
I stopped the workout to finish it at home, since it was almost 9:00 pm. When I got home I did about 4 sets of maximum repetition of "Front lever pull-up", although, I made an effort to reach 10 repetitions per set, but unfortunately my body was not able to do more. As a conclusion, if I have had improvements in "Full planche push-up"; I have more and more mastery in the "Front lever one arm"; it is evident that it was difficult for me to do "Hefesto" because of the time I didn't do them; and that I ended up being satisfied and exhausted with the "Front lever".
