Empecé con una actitud positiva, concentrado en cada repetición y recordando por qué lo hago: para sentirme fuerte, saludable y seguro de mí mismo. Aunque hubo momentos en los que sentí que no podía más, me recordé a mí mismo que el dolor es solo temporal y que cada gota de sudor me lleva un paso más cerca de mis metas.
Me dije que todo esfuerzo vale la pena y que la disciplina es clave. No importa cuántas veces tenga que intentarlo, lo importante es mantenerme enfocado y nunca rendirme.
Terminé el entrenamiento con una sensación de logro y una gran sonrisa en mi rostro. Cada día es una oportunidad para mejorar y hoy definitivamente di lo mejor de mí. ¡Vamos con todo! 💪
I started with a positive attitude, focused on each repetition and remembering why I do it: to feel strong, healthy and confident. Although there were times when I felt like I couldn't take it anymore, I reminded myself that the pain is only temporary and that every drop of sweat takes me one step closer to my goals.
I told myself that every effort is worth it and that discipline is key. No matter how many times I have to try, the important thing is to stay focused and never give up.
I finished the training with a feeling of accomplishment and a big smile on my face. Every day is an opportunity to improve and today I definitely gave my best. Let's go with everything! 💪
