Hoy les vengo a compartir una rutina de full body para hacer en casa es muy fácil de realizar antes de comenzar con la rutina les voy a dejar un breve conocimiento sobre la importancia de entrenar full body, Entrenar el cuerpo completo, también conocido como entrenamiento full body, es una estrategia de entrenamiento muy efectiva por varias razones:
1. Eficiencia: Al trabajar todos los grupos musculares en una sola sesión de entrenamiento, maximizas el tiempo dedicado al ejercicio. Esto es ideal para personas con poco tiempo disponible para ir al gimnasio. 2. Equilibrio muscular: Al entrenar todo el cuerpo, se asegura un desarrollo equilibrado de todos los grupos musculares, evitando descompensaciones musculares que pueden llevar a lesiones.
