Un enorme saludo a todo el ecosistema de la plataforma hive incluidos toda la comunidad de liketu y mis compañeros dentro de swc, espero estén teniendo un día maravilloso.
En el día de hoy realicé algunos combos al lado de mi compañero Kleymer, donde realizamos algunas combinaciones en barra juntando dos elementos isométricos como lo son la straddle planche y el front level, pero en este caso nos enfocamos en realizar flexiones arqueras y pull ups arqueras para poder así generar mayores ganancias de fuerza en los movimientos isométricos, ganando también resistencia en combo para próximas competiciones donde queremos participar como dúo en un futuro no muy lejano.
Luego de eso hicimos unos estiramientos para relajar los músculos, ya que habíamos quedado bastante cansados, así que nos hizo muy bien para luego hacer algunos videos sobre nuestro entreno y ponernos a editarlos.

Today I did some combos with my partner Kleymer, where we did some bar combinations combining two isometric elements such as the straddle planche and the front level, but in this case we focused on doing archer push-ups and archer pull ups in order to generate greater strength gains in isometric movements, also gaining resistance in combo for upcoming competitions where we want to participate as a duo in the not too distant future.
After that we did some stretches to relax our muscles, since we were quite tired, so it did us good to then make some videos about our training and start editing them.
