¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de esta nuestra plataforma Street Workout Community (SWC), Hoy les comparto un día en entrenamiento de parada de manos, y les comparto mi rutina de hoy
! Hello friends of Hive and athletes of our platform Street Workout Community (SWC), Today I share with you a day in handstand training, and I share with you my routine for today.
Empezamos con 30 intentos de parada mano a una pared, y solo vamos a durar dos segundos y bajamos, y repetimos hasta completar las 30.
Esto es para que nos vayamos familiarizando con el movimiento de tirar las piernas, y de bajar de manera controlada y no de golpe.
We start with 30 attempts of handstand to a wall, and we will only last two seconds and go down, and repeat until we complete the 30.
This is so that we become familiar with the movement of pulling the legs, and going down in a controlled manner and not all at once.
Ahora vamos con 30 intentos de parada de mano pero sin ningún tipo de ayuda, vamos intentar hacer la parada de manos sin apoyo para ir perdiendo el miedo a caer.
Seria tirar la patada con fuerza como para intentar caernos, y con la otra pierna ir controlando el impulso de la pierna con la cual pateamos.
Now we go with 30 attempts of handstand but without any help, let's try to do the handstand without support to lose the fear of falling.
It would be to throw the kick with force as to try to fall, and with the other leg to control the momentum of the leg with which we kick.
Ya para finalizar haremos de 30 segundos a un 1 minuto de para de manos con apoyo, eh iremos despegando las piernas del apoyo para ir jugando con el equilibrio eh familiarizándonos con el juego de dedos que hacemos par ir manejando el equilibrio, y obvio con esto reforzamos un poco mas la fuerza de hombro
Y con esto concluimos el entrenamiento de hoy, no tuve la oportunidad de tomar mas fotos y explicar un poco mas a fondo, pero estuve ocupado entrenando a varios amigos que entrenan conmigo, de igual forman si llegaron a leer todo el post, se los agradezco de corazón❤️
