Para quien no lo sepa yo me dedico a ser Coach de calistenia ofreciendo entrenamientos, guias y orientación a los jovenes de mi comunidad que quieran empezar a incursionar en el mundo del street workout. Sin duda alguna es el mejor trabajo que he tenido en mi vida lleno de experiencias muy gratificantes. En esta ocasión en particular a la clase somo asistió un alumno, el resto de aprendices lograron evitar un llamado de atención al no asistir ya que decidieron descansar porque la inmensa mayoría padece de tos y gripe actualmente. A pesar de todo fue una mañana muy productiva y agradable en la cual pudimos entrenar conversar y compartir con el resto de personas que entrenan en la mañana, con conversaciones llenas de bromas y anécdotas. Esta muy infravalorado el ambiente alegre y amistoso que es capaz de crear el deporte entre amigos.
En esta ocasión le impuse una rutina a mi alumno de australian pull ups, barbell rows, dead hangs y pull ups. Yo aproveché a hacer varios ejercicios básicos como biceps curl y pull ups.
Les recuerdo la importancia de siempre calentar y preparar el cuerpo antes de someterlo a un entrenamiento para asi evitar lesiones.

It is very underestimated the cheerful and friendly atmosphere that is able to create the sport among friends.
On this occasion I imposed a routine on my student of Australian pull ups, barbell rows, dead hangs and pull ups. I took the opportunity to do some basic exercises like biceps curl and pull ups.
I remind you of the importance of always warming up and preparing your body before training to avoid injury.
