Estuve todo el día haciendo diversos trabajos y diligencias por lo que llegué un poco mas tarde de lo usual a las barras, en realidad fui al estadio solo para asistir con todo lo relacionado al tema de las pesas y el material de entrenamiento ya que como soy el líder de esa comunidad deportiva soy el único encargado y autorizado de sacar y poner material en el cuarto donde se depositan las pesas por temas de seguridad. Más sin embargo, en el último instante me decidí a entrenar ya que para mi se ha vuelto un hábito y amo esta disciplina deportiva.
Me dispuse a realizar una rutina únicamente de ejercicios básicos ya que hace poco me rompí un callo que me lastimó una gran parte de la palma de mi mano, dicha rutina estaba compuesta por fondos en paralelas, fondos en barra y flexiones. Decidí empezar con sets combinando fondos y flexiones normales con flexiones supinas. Y para finalizar varios fondos en barra combinados con flexiones mike tyson las cuales son muy utiles para ganar fuerza en los hombros y entrenan varias zonas del cuerpo.
A decir verdad esta rutina parece sencilla, pero repetí tantas veces los sets, con un gran número de repeticiones que llegó un momento en el cual me encontraba fatigado con los triceps adoloridos, no obstante eso no me detuvo y continúe entrenando hasta bien entrada la noche.
A pesar de las dificultades sigo entrenando, no son pocas las veces que no progresamos por las limitaciones que nosotros mismos nos colocamos.

I was all day doing various jobs and errands so I arrived a little later than usual to the bars, actually I went to the stadium just to assist with everything related to the issue of weights and training material because as I am the leader of this sports community I am the only one in charge and authorized to remove and put material in the room where the weights are deposited for security reasons. However, at the last minute I decided to train because for me it has become a habit and I love this sport discipline.
I decided to do a routine of only basic exercises since I recently broke a callus that hurt a large part of the palm of my hand, this routine was composed of regular dips, bar dips and push-ups. I decided to start with sets combining regular and supinated push-ups and dips. And to finish several bar dips combined with mike tyson pushups which are very useful to gain strength in the shoulders and train several areas of the body.
To tell the truth this routine seems simple, but I repeated the sets so many times, with a large number of repetitions that there came a time when I was fatigued with sore triceps, however that did not stop me and I continued training until late at night.
Despite the difficulties I continue training, there are many times that we do not progress because of the limitations that we place on ourselves.
