El último sábado me encontraba algo cansado en mi casa por los ejercicios y el trabajo de toda la semana, más sin embargo había coordinado con mis amigos para ir a la playa un rato por la noche, asi que a pesar del cansancio decidí alistarme e ir hacia la playa. Al llegar varios de mis amigos se encontraban jugando voleibol, asi que decidí quedarme cerca viendo los partidos de voleibol y hablando con otros conocidos. En medio de bromas y anécdotas decidí realizar algunas skills de estáticos por pura diversión asi que le pedí a uno de mis compañeros que me tomara fotos y me grabara durante los intentos, algunas personas se me quedaban viendo estando muy impresionadas por lo que yo hacía. Realicé varios intentos y holds de shoulder flag, human flag y supinated back lever. Fue realmente divertido y el resultado me agradó bastante, consideraré venir a la playa otro día a tomar más fotos como éstas.

Last Saturday I was a bit tired at home because of all the work and exercises I had done all week, however I had coordinated with my friends to go to the beach for a while in the evening, so despite the tiredness I decided to get ready and go to the beach. When I arrived several of my friends were playing volleyball, so I decided to stay nearby watching the volleyball games and talking with other acquaintances. In the middle of jokes and anecdotes I decided to perform some static skills just for fun so I asked one of my friends to take pictures and record me during the attempts, some people were watching me and were very impressed by what I was doing. I did several attempts and holds of shoulder flag, human flag and supinated back lever. It was really fun and I was quite pleased with the result, I will consider coming to the beach another day to take more pictures like these.
