Una vez más nos encontramos ante otro post de mis aventuras entrenando por las mañanas, para serles sincero, debo admitir que últimamente me ha costado un poco despertar temprano para asistir al parque pero es parte de la disciplina segui adelante.
En esta oportunidad al llegar al parque nos dispusimos a calentar y a hacer una rutina de dominadas, ya que los dos alumnos mios que asistieron en esta mañana no pueden hacer muchas dominadas de forma eficaz, debo proponerles ejercicios para fortalecer los músculos, dorsales, trapecios y biceps. Para ser mas específico, a mi alumno Pedro le impuse una rutina compuesta de dominadas con repeticiones negativas pronas y supinas, para luego finalizar con dominadas supinas y varias series de dominadas australianas. A mi alumno Cristian lo mantuve entrenando únicamente dominadas australianas pero con muchas variaciones, como lo son las dominadas australianas abiertas y las dominadas australianas a un brazo. A decir verdad fue un entrenamiento muy productivo.
