Hola amigos de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un entrenamiento de front que tuve hoy 2/4/2024. En este día decidí entrenar en mi casa, puesto que tenía tiempo suficiente, pero sobre todo porque el clima no se veía muy apto para entrenar puesto que al ser calistenia, normalmente necesitamos buenas condiciones meteorológicas para entrenar ya que lo hacemos en parques de calistenia, y aunque son especializados siguen siendo eso, parques, por lo que son al aire libre. Y aunque en realidad no termino lloviendo xd, al final es mejor prevenir que lamentar :D. in más que decir, ¡espero les guste!
Hi #Hive and #SWC friends, this time I bring you a front workout I had today 2/4/2024. On this day I decided to train at home, since I had enough time, but mostly because the weather didn't look very suitable for training since being calisthenics, we usually need good weather conditions to train since we do it in calisthenics parks, and although they are specialized they are still that, parks, so they are outdoors. And although it didn't actually end up raining xd, in the end it's better to be safe than sorry :D. nothing more to say, I hope you like it!
