Hola amig@s de #Hive y #swc un saludo , hoy toco entrenar front lever con el brother @luisgil-sw buscando mejorar para obtener el front lo antes posible , así que me propuse subirle el nivel a los combos de entrenamiento para ver cómo vamos avanzando y que debemos ajustar , al principio me fue bastante bien donde progresiones como la half me están costando menos y me siento más cómodo ya que al principio está progresión me estába dificultando ya que no estoy muy acostumbrado , los aguantes nunca han sido algo difícil para mí pero hoy si se sintieron algo pesados y me costaron un poco mas tomando en cuenta que al principio de la rutina me enfoque más en la half , las mejoras se sintieron en los press de half como las pull en tuck avanzada que poco a poco les hemos subido la dificultad , para empezar la semana estuvo muy bien el entrenamiento rendí bastante bien a pesar de haber tenido molestias en mi zona subescapular el fin de semana pero estuve fresco para el día de hoy , aproveche para activar un poco la plancha y realizar algunos básicos para finalizar , y así terminamos el día de hoy , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
