Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , hoy tocaba trabajar la propio sección de la plancha , así que inicie mi entrenamiento con la lean planche elevada dónde realize 8s de aguante + 8 Flexiones más 10s de aguante dónde buscaba mantener la cadera en su correcta postura al igual que trabajar la cintura escapular de este ejercicio trabaje 5 series , ya habiendo terminado el específico realize una biserie de básicos donde el ejercicio fue fondos lastrados con 15 kg x 15 repeticiones más 10 fondos libres casi explosivos de esta biserie realize unas 4 vueltas focalizando el trabajo de hombros , la idea de realizar esta biserie es conseguir igualar la cantidad de repeticiones al peso trabajado para luego duplicar dichas repeticiones y dominar el peso más o menos hasta los 40 kg , luego para finalizar el trabajo de bíceps realicé unos curl de bíceps con barra con al rededor de 30 kg por unas 15 repeticiones aquí el objetivo aparte de dominar el peso es ganar fuerza y reforzar los tendones del bíceps para evitar ropturas al momento de entrenar por ende realizó una pausa arriba para generar dicha tensión , ya con esto había terminado y realice algunos estiramientos para finalizar y así termine mi 2do día de propio , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
