Hola amig@s de Liketu , #Hive y #swc, un saludo y un fuerte abrazo , la semana empezo bastante pensada así que decidí darme un día de descanso para no fatigar me y poder rendir , hoy decidí trabajar el front lever y la verdad que trabajando con zapatos eh visto un trabajo algo pesado pero que la verdad me ah ayudado en el front y en la corrección de ciertas posturas y mejora del aguante de manera significativa , me siento una poco más controlado , inicie el entrenamiento realizando intentos de front lever donde aguante 3s en dos intentos y me siento bastante bien ya me queda poco para lograr parte del objetivo , continuando con el entrenamiento realice tuck adv pull ups de 4 repeticiones por unas 4 series mejorando el rango de movimiento , para finalizar un combo de press de súper adv con negativa y aguante de 4s por 4 series ya aquí note la fatiga y finalize con un emon 12 minutos de 10 pull ups para no olvidar los básicos donde también realize 4 series de 8 dominadas supinas con 15kg y listo bro , no olviden cuidar su cuerpo se les quiere en Grande y recuerden que el "movimiento es vida "
