Como es de costumbre, me decidí por fortalecer mi movimiento de la Calistenia, el cual le tengo mayor dominio, el Front Lever y algunas de sus variantes avanzadas. Además, cabe destacar que también tuve uso de la liga o banda elástica, que es especial para usarla en estos tipos de entrenamiento.
Obviamente, mis primeras series han sido libres, es decir, sin apoyo de la liga o banda elástica de entrenamiento. Muestras que mis últimas series si opté por hacer uso de la liga o banda elástica de entrenamiento.
La rutina de entrenamiento fue relativamente corta, pero intensa, como me sentía pesado, no tenía mucha motivación de entrenar. Sin embargo, no podía perder este día de entrenamiento, ya que después me iba a descontrolar lo que quedaba de semana.
Touch Wide y Pull Up to Touch son dos movimientos avanzados del Front Lever que realicé de manera libre. Luego también hice repeticiones de Front Lever y aguantes de Touch. Con la ayuda de la liga o banda elástica de entrenamiento, realicé los movimientos avanzados, Pull Up to Touch, Touch Wide y repeticiones de Front Lever Wide. Culminando así con un buen entrenamiento con alta intensidad en horas de la noche.

Touch Wide and Pull Up to Touch are two advanced Front Lever movements that I performed freely. Then I also did Front Lever repetitions and Touch holds. With the help of the elastic training band, I performed the advanced movements, Pull Up to Touch, Touch Wide and Front Lever Wide repetitions. This culminated in a good, high-intensity workout at night.
