Durante el día estuve bastante ocupado, sin embargo, pude sacar mi tiempo para realizar mi rutina de entrenamiento, que la enfoque en varias variantes del Front Lever. Victorian Lever Wide en barra y Victorian Lever en barra han sido unos de los aguantes que realicé, en este caso tuve los dos aguantes consecutivos, realizando primero los aguantes con el agarre amplio y luego con el agarre normal, durando 7 segundos en cada uno.
Al finalizar mi rutina, realicé varios movimientos del Front Lever Wide con ayuda de la liga o banda elástica. Hice Pull Ups, Presses y aguantes en esta postura, realizando 12 Pull Ups, 3 Presses controlados y 3 segundos de aguante. Cabe destacar que al inicio de rutina realicé dos aguantes de Touch Wide de 5 segundos, esto se debe a que este movimiento me ayuda mucho a obtener fuerza para el movimiento del SAT.
Próximamente, haré algunas publicaciones para enseñar los pasos de las diferentes variantes de Victorian Lever que puedo hacer, como lo son el Victorian Lever en barra con agarre amplio y normal. Y el Victorian Lever en paralelas, acotación de @psycho-yoseph que me dio la buena idea de enseñar los pasos y métodos de lograr estos movimientos de la Calistenia.
