Esta rutina la empecé como a las 6 p.m. realizando aproximaciones con movimientos de alta dificultad que son variantes del Front Lever, en este caso, realicé 3 Pull Ups to Touch. ¿Por qué realicé ese movimiento? Debido a que es un movimiento de alta dificultad e intensidad, lo realizo a inicio de mi rutina para irme adaptando a él de manera inconsciente, es decir, lo realizo hasta adaptarme al movimiento, esta técnica me ha funcionado mucho.
Luego de media rutina de entrenamiento, se fue la energía eléctrica en zona donde vivo, sin embargo, eso no me detuvo y seguí entrenando a oscuras. A medida que iban pasando los minutos, el sol se ocultaba más, pero pude finalizar mi rutina de entrenamiento de manera exitosa.
Realicé ejercicios de empuje para fortalecer el movimiento y las progresiones de la Planche. Hice aguantes en Tuck Planche, repeticiones de L-sit a Tuck Planche y demás ejercicios. Además, utilicé mis nuevas mini barras paralelas, el cual me sirvieron de manera muy satisfactoria, pero, también hice uso del piso en algunos ejercicios. Y así culminé mi rutina de entrenamiento del día de hoy.
I started this routine around 6 p.m. doing approaches with high difficulty movements that are variants of the Front Lever, in this case, I did 3 Pull Ups to Touch. Why did I do that movement? I did some pushing exercises to strengthen the movement and progressions of the Planche. I did some tuck planche holds, L-sit to tuck planche reps, and other exercises. I also used my new mini parallel bars, which served me well, but I also used the floor for some exercises. And that's how I finished my workout for today.
