Les quiero enseñar un poco de un combo que realicé, este combo ha sido mi primera participación, siendo el atleta número 7 en hacer mi demostración en mi categoría Amateur. Esta ronda de 13 atletas, consistía en dar la clasificación para el orden de las siguientes rondas eliminatorias.
Gracias a mi buen desempeño, quedé primero en la tabla de clasificación, claramente estaba muy feliz y tuve el privilegio de elegir contra quien iba a enfrentarme en la primera ronda eliminatoria, para luego dar paso a la semifinal y por último la final.
Mi combo tuvo varios problemas, primero se debió a que nunca pude practicar en barra alta y allí me toco hacer uso de ella, eso me resto fuerza y control en los movimientos. Realicé Pull Ups de Front Lever, Presses, Victorian Lever en barra Amplio y con agarre neutro y Back Lever.
Cabe destacar que cada ronda contaba con 1 minuto de participación, es decir, tenía que hacer mi máximo aguante y desempeño para poder durar el tiempo estipulado. Para mí fue un poco desventajoso, debido a que solo tengo una sola fuerza y eso me casa más. A pesar de las dificultades, me esforcé mucho y tuve una gran demostración de mi esfuerzo y trabajo duro en la preparación precompetitiva.

Thanks to my good performance, I finished first on the leaderboard, I was clearly very happy and I had the privilege of choosing who I was going to face in the first elimination round, then moving on to the semi-final and finally the final.
My combo had several problems, first it was because I was never able to practice on the high bar and there I had to use it, that took away strength and control in the movements. I did Front Lever Pull Ups, Presses, Victorian Lever on a wide bar with a neutral grip and Back Lever.
It should be noted that each round had 1 minute of participation, that is, I had to do my maximum endurance and performance to be able to last the stipulated time. For me it was a bit disadvantageous, because I only have one strength and that suits me better. Despite the difficulties, I tried hard and had a great demonstration of my effort and hard work in the pre-competition preparation.
