Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien! Les comparto el día de hoy mi entrenamiento en el parque. Hoy fui casa de entrenamiento el parque metropolitano, en donde el día de hoy había bastante gente por lo que había muy buen ambiente y mucha motivación para el entrenamiento, en este caso realicé combos de freestyle ya que tenía 2 semanas sin hacer nada de freestyle, no solo realice algo de free si no que también hice estáticos con mi amigo joseito, grabamos unos vídeos haciendo aguantes de full planche y también me grabé yo haciendo algunos intentos de full para ver que tal estaba mi postura últimamente. Me gustó mucho el día de hoy ya que fueron todos mis amigos de entrenamiento y se sintió mucha motivación estar con ellos el día de hoy, espero que todos estos días que vaya se siga llenando y así poder entrenar con mas energía, y bueno mi gente espero que les haya gustado la publicación del día de hoy, está semana seguiré publicando más de mis entrenamientos y rutinas las cuáles estoy realizando para mí preparación de la próxima competición que se acerca, nos vemos pronto 🙏🏽💪🏽.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I share with you today my training in the park. Today I went to the metropolitan park, where today there were a lot of people so there was a good atmosphere and a lot of motivation for the training, in this case I did freestyle combos since I had 2 weeks without doing any freestyle, not only I did some free but I also did some static with my friend joseito, we recorded some videos doing full planche holds and I also recorded myself doing some full planche attempts to see how my posture was lately. I really liked today because they were all my training friends and it felt very motivating to be with them today, I hope that all these days that I go will continue to be filled and so I can train with more energy, and well my people I hope you liked today's publication, this week I will continue to publish more of my workouts and routines which I am doing for my preparation for the next competition that is approaching, see you soon 🙏🏽💪🏽.
