Hola hive y amigos de la comunidad de SWC, hoy le vengo a platicar un poco sobre mi rutina de hombro, bueno no hice mucho por que aun tengo molestias en los hombros, pero les comparto lo que hice hoy, comencé con unos estiramientos en los hombros para no tener tanta molestias en los hombros y también hago estiramientos para poder generar un poco más de flexibilidad, calente bien los hombros y comienzo con la rutina fue un poco corta por que ya un hombro me había empezado a doler y los dejo con las imágenes.

1):Flexiones en pica:Comienza el primer ejercicio,
aqui haremos flexiones en pica un ejercicio que es muy bueno para trabajar todo el hombro, haremos 12reps por 3 o 3 series
Pushups on pike: Start the first exercise,
here we will do pushups on pike an exercise that is very good for working the entire shoulder, we will do 12reps for 3 or 3 sets.
2):Fondos:Bueno aqui haremos fondos un ejercicio que tambien es bueno para trabajar el pecho, hombro y triceps, bueno haremos unas 15 o 20 repeticiones por unas 3 o 4 series.
Bottoms: Well here we will do bottoms an exercise that is also good to work the chest, shoulder and triceps, well we will do about 15 or 20 repetitions for about 3 or 4 sets.
