Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento de Empuje del día de hoy. Hoy llegué algo cansado de la universidad de un congreso de fisioterapia. En lo que llegué a mi casa, comí y descansé un rato para recuperar energías. En lo que se me hizo la hora para ir a entrenar, me duché, me alisté y me fui a mi lugar de entrenamiento. En lo que llegué a la barra, comencé a calentar mis articulaciones, muñecas, codos, hombros, un poco mi flexibilidad y algo de cardio con unos burpees. Luego de eso, di comienzo a mi entrenamiento de circuitos del día de hoy.
Greetings, #hive and #swc friends, today I come to share with you my Push Training experience today. Today I arrived a bit tired from the university from a physiotherapy congress. As soon as I got home, I ate and rested for a while to recover energy. As soon as it was time for me to go train, I took a shower, got ready and went to my training place. As soon as I got to the bar, I started to warm up my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, a little bit of flexibility and some cardio with some burpees. After that, I started my circuit training for today.

Primero, realicé 3 series de fondos lastrados (31 kg). Ya que, es entrenamiento con lastre, tuve descansos entre 3 a 4 minutos entre serie, y luego, realicé 1 serie con peso corporal al fallo muscular. Pude realizar 70 fondos al fallo. Luego, realicé 3 series más, pero, esta vez con bardips, los mismos (31 kg). Me costaron mucho, pero, pude realizar las 3 series, descansando 3 minutos entre cada una. Más, 1 serie más al fallo muscular, realicé 65 repeticiones al fallo. Por último, realicé 3 series de flexiones lastradas (50 kg). Aquí sentía que estaba llegando a mi límite, pero, pude realizar las 3 series descansando 3 minutos entre cada una, más, 1 serie de flexiones con peso corporal al fallo muscular. Realicé 75 flexiones al fallo muscular.
First, I performed 3 sets of ballasted bottoms (31 kg). Since it is weighted training, I had 3 to 4 minute breaks between sets, and then, I performed 1 set with body weight at muscle failure. I was able to perform 70 sets at failure. Then, I did 3 more sets, but this time with bardips, the same (31 kg). I had a hard time, but, I was able to perform the 3 sets, resting 3 minutes between each one. Plus, 1 more set at muscle failure, I performed 65 repetitions at failure. Finally, I performed 3 sets of weighted push-ups (50 kg). Here I felt that I was reaching my limit, but, I was able to perform the 3 sets resting 3 minutes between each one, plus, 1 set of bodyweight push-ups to muscle failure. I performed 75 push-ups to muscle failure.

El entrenamiento de hoy me costó mucho, pero, tenía que darlo todo, ya que el sábado, compito, jueves y viernes, tendré un descanso activo para estar fresco para el día de la competencia, siempre manteniendo la constancia y disciplina. Today's training cost me a lot, but, I had to give it my all, since on Saturday, I compete, Thursday and Friday, I will have an active rest to be fresh for the day of the competition, always maintaining constancy and discipline.
