Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento de Empuje del día de hoy. Hoy tuve que salir temprano de mi casa, ya que, tuve que ir a la universidad a realizar unas diligencias. Salí muy tarde de la universidad, ya se me había hecho la hora para ir a entrenar. Llegué a mi casa, comí, reposé unos minutos, me alisté, y luego, fui a mi lugar de entrenamiento como de costumbre. En lo que llegué, comencé a estirar mis articulaciones, muñecas, codos, hombros, para luego así, dar comienzo a mi rutina de Empuje del día de hoy.
Greetings, #hive and #swc friends, today I come to share with you my Push training experience today. Today I had to leave my house early, because I had to go to the university to run some errands. I left the university very late, it was already time to go to train. I arrived home, ate, rested a few minutes, got ready, and then went to my training place as usual. As soon as I arrived, I started stretching my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and then I started my Push-Up routine for today.
Primero, comencé realizando, 3 series de fondos lastrados, y, 1 serie más con peso corporal. Me costaron un montón, las lastradas me costaron un montón, pero, las pude realizar sin ningún problema. Luego, realicé, 3 series de bardips lastrados, más, 1 serie con peso corporal. Las lastradas me costaron demasiado, ya que, venía cansado de los fondos, pero, las pude realizar las 3 series lastradas sin ningún problema, y, cuando llegué con mi peso corporal, me sentía superligero. First, I started by doing 3 sets of weighted pull-ups, and 1 more set with body weight. They cost me a lot, the weights cost me a lot, but I was able to perform them without any problem. Then, I did 3 sets of weighted bardips, plus 1 set with body weight. The ballasted sets cost me too much, since I was tired from the bottoms, but I was able to perform the 3 ballasted sets without any problem, and when I got to my body weight, I felt super light. Finally, I did 3 sets of ballasted push-ups, plus 1 set with body weight. I struggled a lot, but, I was able to perform them without any problems. When I got to the bodyweight set, I felt very light. I was really tired, since I had to go to college, but I was able to maintain the discipline and consistency to try to be a better version of myself.
