Buenas noches, amigos Hive y SWC, hoy les vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de plancha del día de hoy. Hoy llegué un poco cansado, ya que, estaba realizando algunas diligencias de la universidad. Me tuve que parar muy temprano, no pude dormir bien, pero, pude realizar la diligencia de la universidad. Llegué supercansado a mi casa, dormí un rato para recuperar algo de energía, sin embargo, me sentía un poco cansado todavía, pero, no fue impedimento, para realizar el entrenamiento de plancha del día de hoy.

Primero, comencé realizando el máximo de aguante con la progresión más avanzada de Plancha. Realicé 3 series de máximo de aguante, que me siguen costando mucho, pero, he podido mejorar mucho mi postura de la plancha.
