Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento de circuitos del día de hoy. Hoy pude descansar muy bien, realicé una diligencia en la mañana y llegué en la tarde, comí, descansé un rato. Cuando me estaba alistando para ir a entrenar, empezó a llover, me había desanimado un poco, pero, la lluvia no impidió que fuese a entrenar. En lo que terminó de llover, fui al parque para realizar mi entrenamiento. En lo que llegué a las barras, como era de esperarse, estaban inundadas, muy mojadas, pero, eso no impidió que yo entrenara el día de hoy. Comencé calentando mis articulaciones, muñecas, codos, hombros, realicé un poco de cardio para calentar mi el cuerpo, luego de eso, di comienzo a mi entrenamiento de circuitos de hoy.
Greetings #hive and #swc friends, today I come to share with you my circuit training experience today. Today I was able to rest very well, I ran an errand in the morning and arrived in the afternoon, ate, rested for a while. When I was getting ready to go train, it started to rain, I was a bit discouraged, but, the rain didn't stop me from going to train. As soon as the rain stopped, I went to the park to do my workout. As soon as I got to the bars, as expected, they were flooded, very wet, but, that didn't stop me from training today. I started by warming up my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, did some cardio to warm up my body, after that, I started my circuit training today.
Primero, comencé realizando un circuito de mi próxima competencia, que tenía, muscle-up, bardips, dominadas, escaladas de montaña, burpees, fondos. Me costó demasiado este circuito, pero, lo pude realizar sin ningún problema. Luego, realicé un circuito de competencia que se realizó el año pasado (Beast Endurance 3ra edición), que constaba de, dominadas al pecho, flexiones + sentadillas explosivas, fondos, bardips, dominadas y burpees. En este circuito sentía que no podía más, ya que el frío del ambiente, enfriaba mi cuerpo muy rápido, pero, lo pude realizar. Por último, realicé un circuito de la misma competencia del año pasado, que constaba de, muscle-up, burpees, dominadas + sentadillas explosivas, flexiones en barra + fondos, sentadillas, bardips y zancadas. En este último circuito sentía que mi cuerpo ya no podía más, pero, lo pude terminar.
First, I started by performing a circuit of my next competition, which had muscle-ups, bardips, pull-ups, mountain climbs, burpees, and dips. I had a hard time with this circuit, but, I was able to perform it without any problems. Then, I did a competition circuit that was done last year (Beast Endurance 3rd edition), which consisted of, chest pull-ups, push-ups + explosive squats, dips, bardips, pull-ups and burpees. In this circuit I felt that I could not go any further, as the cold environment, cooled my body very fast, but, I could do it. Finally, I performed a circuit of the same competition last year, which consisted of muscle-up, burpees, pull-ups, pull-ups + explosive squats, barbell push-ups + dips, squats, bardips and strides. In this last circuit I felt that my body couldn't take it anymore, but, I was able to finish it.
Me costó un mundo el entrenamiento de hoy, pero, pude dar un buen rendimiento, a pesar, de que todavía me duelen los hombros del entrenamiento del miércoles de empuje, pero, eso no fue impedimento y mucho menos la lluvia, para dar lo mejor de mí en el entrenamiento de hoy.

It took me a world of workout today, but, I was able to give a good performance, even though, my shoulders still hurt from Wednesday's push training, but, that was not an impediment and much less the rain, to give my best in today's workout.
