Cómo pueden ver la rutina del día de hoy será de "Rutina de plancha"en mi experiencia me ha ayudado mucho a fortalecer y mejorar a mi rendimiento deportivo tanto en lo competitivo,salud y llegar a una mejoría de mi físico.
