Aqui les dejo las fotografias de mi entrenamiento de hoyHere are the pictures of my training today. Para los que no me conocen, soy Wilber-sw, atleta de calistenia, y hoy quiero contarles un poco sobre cómo ha sido mi día. La verdad es que ha sido un día bastante tranquilo, pero no por eso menos importante. Lo mejor de todo ha sido poder compartir con mis amigos y compañeros, ya que siempre es un gusto disfrutar de momentos así con personas que valoran tanto el esfuerzo y el trabajo que cada uno pone en sus actividades. Como saben, la calistenia es mi pasión, y poder contar con el apoyo de esta comunidad es algo que me motiva muchísimo. Hoy decidí compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mis estáticos, esos momentos en los que me siento completamente concentrado y en sintonía con mi cuerpo. Esas imágenes representan un esfuerzo constante, pero también la satisfacción de ver cómo uno va mejorando con el tiempo. Fue un día para disfrutar, relajarse y, por supuesto, seguir aprendiendo y creciendo en cada aspecto. Nada me hace más feliz que poder compartir estos momentos con ustedes, porque cada mensaje, cada interacción y cada palabra de aliento me ayudan a seguir adelante. Así que les agradezco muchísimo por estar aquí, apoyándome, y por ser parte de este camino. Bueno, me despido por ahora, pero no sin antes desearles a todos una feliz noche. The truth is that it has been a rather quiet day, but no less important for that. The best of all has been being able to share with my friends and colleagues, since it is always a pleasure to enjoy moments like this with people who value so much the effort and work that each one puts into their activities. As you know, calisthenics is my passion, and being able to count on the support of this community is something that motivates me a lot. Today I decided to share with you some photographs of my statics, those moments in which I feel completely focused and in tune with my body. These images represent a constant effort, but also the satisfaction of seeing how one improves over time. It was a day to enjoy, relax and, of course, continue learning and growing in every aspect. Nothing makes me happier than being able to share these moments with you, because every message, every interaction and every word of encouragement helps me to keep going.
