¡Hola a todos y todas de #SWC! Tengo la oportunidad de compartirles una rutina realizada en casa pero esta vez con un adicional dónde con una liga elástica que compré podremos hacer los ejercicios con algo de mayor tensión para reducir la cantidad de repeticiones, tendremos un total de 5 ejercicios a realizar pero antes con un precalentamiento para evitar alguna lesión.
Hello everyone from #SWC! I have the opportunity to share with you a routine done at home but this time with an additional one where with an elastic band that I bought we can do the exercises with some more tension to reduce the amount of repetitions, we will have a total of 5 exercises to perform but before with a warm up to avoid any injury.
Con la liga recomiendo darle un giro con una forma de infinito para cuando realicemos las flexiones no tengamos inconvenientes a que se mueva. Luego de esto pasaremos a los primeros ejercicios donde estaré mostrándoles con una serie de gif.
With the garter I recommend giving it a twist with an infinity shape so that when we do the push-ups we don't have any problems with it moving. After this we will move on to the first exercises where I will be showing you with a series of gifs.
RUTINA / RUTINA
Calentamiento / Heating
Flexiones x10
Aguante isométrico 10 segundos
Flexiones en diamante x10
Flexiones diagonales x10
Flexiones arqueras x10
Cada ejercicio realizado lleva un total de 4 series con descanso entre 3 a 2 minutos para lograr un trabajo completo, luego de ello recomiendo nuevamente estirar bien sea con la liga o sin ella para relajar los músculos y dar por finalizada la rutina... Nos vemos hasta una próxima.
Each exercise performed takes a total of 4 sets with rest between 3 to 2 minutes to achieve a complete workout, after that I recommend stretching again either with the garter or without it to relax the muscles and end the routine... See you until the next one.
