Yes, it is very beautiful (in between the rain 😂). I am staying near the coast and I have had some beautiful walks by the sea.

I enjoy the autumn when you start cooking warming feasts and I love chestnuts. I like your project about micro-greens. How long from sowing until they are ready to eat?

I miss ocean! It’s nice to walk along the beach (and fishing with my grand parents) 😊

Microgreens are quick growers. They are ready in 7-15days. It’s also up to season due to the temperature. This time I made mistake on the sowing time for the workshop … some are too small and some are too big and I had to harvest 😂 Learning by doing for the next workshop with my photographer friend. Good thing is I could buy some from stores …
