Nice to see those developments in hotels and stores.
I thought about veganuary this year but decided 100% was too much for me. I'm more interested in gently growing into what is more sustainable for me. I laugh at myself sometimes when I am shopping online: I put lamb chops in the basket and then when I get to the checkout, I take them out again 😂

100% vegan might be too radical for many of us. I notice it even for myself. And while writing this comment, my new wool sweater arrived ... 🐏
I was reading the posts I wrote during last Veganuary and found that my daughter said she was sad we couldn't eat the same at home. I make a bit relaxed this year especially for celebrations with friends and family while I try as much as to be a vegan.
In a vegan cook book, the author said something like "10 people being a vegan one day in a week has more impact than a person being a completely vegan". I agree with it ☺️
