It's been a huge fight at this year's only pure snow event of World Rally Championship called Rally Sweden 2025. There was five drivers fight all along the rally but Welshman Elfyn Evans showed again that he will go for this year's driver's Championship.
I expected much more from double WRC champion Kalle Rovanpera bit he struggled with new Hankook tires a lot. Yeah, some drivers just need more time for adaptation on a new rubber and it seems that's the case with Rovanpera because he was used to very agressive steering wheel and with Hankooks, this way of driving can't exist.
Hyundai's Adrien Fourmaux had an off and lost any chance of fight for the win and in the end he got penalised with 10k euro because of swearing in the live tv interview.
Toyota's Takamoto Katsuta (@driipam's favorite) had really great rally, fought for the win until the end but had to admit defeat to better Evans.
Two Hyundai drivers - Thierry Neuville and Ott Tanak finished 3rd and 4th respectively and that's good at the start of the season.
Best of M-Sport Ford drivers was Martinš Sesks who wasn't even nominated for points for them with 6th place overall.

What an awesome rally!! Taka did really well - lets hope he gets his first win this year - Africa maybe, he's done pretty well there in previous years!!!!

Looking forward to that first win for him - he deserves to be on top! This year should be "the one" for him...... fingers crossed!
