Hi, friends!
It is nothing new that Formula one drivers have a great respect towards rally drivers and from time to time, you can see some of them even trying rally machinery, sometimes for fun in testing, and sometimes in competition as well.
One of F1 starts from newer times was Finnish driver Waltteri Bottas who tried rally cars in competition more then once and showed also some potential there.
The last of the F1 stars who tried driving on gravel is Aston Martin F1 team driver Lance Stroll who tested with Citroen C3 Rally2 machinery in Portugal.
You can see from his lines that he is trying to understand the rally style of driving and as long as your on the clean side of gravel road, you are faster.
Please take a look at Stroll's testing video...

Great attitude from crew at @minnowsupport :)
Grab a beer and enjoy!
Cheers!
Be interesting to see what Newey could do to rally cars, only bringing it up because of the Aston Martin partnership over there in F1 now. :)
He is one of the greatest F1 engineers of all time but as everywhere, experience is needed in rallying also...
