If you want to be mentally strong in sport, there is no better thing then gym work. I noticed last season and in 2023 that something was missing and after almost whole week in the car (trip, recce, competitive driving on the special stages), I felt that was half destroyed on Saturday in the middle of the day. And we still had to drive Saturday' afternoon loop and whole Sunday.
OK, we always did on adrenalin push but Saturday afternoon was really hard. That's why I started with more gym work and things started to improve good.
That's why now I concentrate on this and I must start to learn special stages from onboard rally videos and that will start from Thursday.

I admire your will for running. I am more of cyclist guy, that helps me a lot. And walking, of course. I walk every day between 4 and 10km (sometimes even more). :)
