Takamoto Katsuta didn't have season of dreams this year and he is really happy to retain his seat at Toyota for season 2025.
Next year he will have easier job because he won't be nominated for manufacturer's points as this yeas as this seems to be a heavy burden for him.
I understand him completely because it is not an easy thing to carry lots of pre2on your shoulders in the tough season.
But he is now free of everything as this season is finished and he knows that he will be present in the World Rally Championship next year.
He was in Finland on test as Toyota's headquarters are there plus it is snowing in Finland these days.

It will be interesting to see how he reacts now that the point scoring pressure if off him - wonder if he'll relax and just drive like he used too....
They need to have a Japanese driver and looking at other Japanese development drivers he’s doing okay so far. I hope that he’ll have a better season ahead.
Japanese people are so kind, it’s never a burden for him to talk to his fans :)
