I always say that everything happens for a good cause and I believe in this thing. Because I have experienced it, people don't see that but whenever they are in a bad situation it is what they create for themselves or they see it coming but ignore it. It is in their hands to turn the situation before getting deep into it. But when they are totally surrounded by it, then they say how can we get rid of this situation because we are totally into it
Haha - a bit more sugar might help indeed. It is sometimes hard to believe that we create misery for ourselves but easier to believe that we create all the nice things.
You are right, some things can indeed be avoided but we realise too late.
