I'm unsure if love can be defined but quite sure I cannot do so myself; I wonder though, is it something that needs to be defined or is it enough to simply feel it, experience and cherish it?
Love sometimes feels like longing to me and longing can feel sad. When I'm not with the person I love I miss them and long for them and the inability to be with that person right in the moment, express how I feel in verbal and non-verbal ways tinges thoughts of them with sadness. It's funny though, because when that sadness seeps in so do happy thoughts of him so that longing sort of allows the love in I guess and soon chases away the melancholy - and that fills my heart and soul with joy.
I cannot recall the moment in which I fell in love but I knew I was in love the moment I felt fear of not having that person in my life - and that's when I embraced the longing, and love.
There's plenty to capture a person's focus and attention in the world right now but I don't think there's enough love; should each of us add a little more into our day, share it with those around around us, I believe the world we live in would be a much nicer place.
A true feeling for someone is love...now I doubt what makes you to feel like that, after such nice Christmas plan...hope everything is well.
There's many forms of love and I think it would be nice for people to feel and show it more, there's a lack of it in the world.

This is beautiful. We feel fear because we developed a sense of dependency on them and, therefore, a heightened sensitivity to the idea of losing them or not having them in our lives. It's also because their actions, words, and the relationship they share have shaped our perceptions of safety and belonging ❤️

Many people say we should not lose who we are as individuals and I agree, it's something my man and I are both in agreement on; but that doesn't stop me from feeling dependent upon the relationships to help me create a lovely, meaningful life. That's not to say it defines me as a person, just that I love the feeling of being in love with my guy and knowing he feels the same about me. It's complicated, but I think also there's a simplicity to it; one needs and wants the other, values, cherishes, supports and nurtures them and together we do that for the relationship itself.
I'm not sure if I'm being clear or putting across my thoughts well, I'm not muck of a writer and have trouble conveying how I feel sometimes.
