Be your own happiness

My happiness hinges on taking control. I need to center my choices, not on others' moods or decisions. Reclaiming my life, choosing freedom instead of letting others dictate my path, is where true living begins. It's about having agency over my own decisions and, consequently, my happiness. Why do I struggle so? Because I've realized that life is mine to embrace, to love, to cherish—without apology. This newfound understanding is a fundamental shift toward a life lived more authentically and joyfully.
