You can only submit after having done curation, you start your daily curation from the curation menu and once that action is completed (voting + ranking) you may submit your post. The submissions are open for any well-written content unless the page mentions requirements such as on Friday.
**Voting is whether you accept or reject the post - that is only in terms of whether you think it is "spam" or not. You do not need to vote or comment on any platform that is your own choice how you engage with the submissions.
