RE: CamLara • Reaching Out to a Friend in Need

Thank you for sharing more about Cam's situation, @mhel. Having myself spent three years recently in and out of hospital here in New Zealand, even with our free medical care system here, I know that it can be stressful. The added stress of dealing with the financial pressures of Cam's situation must be overwhelming for him and for his family, and cannot be doing anything positive for his health outcomes, either. When you are unwell already, the last thing that you need is to be stressing out about money woes! He needs to be concentrating on regaining his strength, after the operation. In the medical notes you published here, it even mentions "loss of appetite, loss of weight, and general body weakness". I know how that feels! He doesn't have the energy to be dealing with this $#!%.

Thank God for his sister, and for good friends like you around him, @mhel. I would love to help out in a more practical way financially, but I'm really in no position to do so, myself. So I offer what I can. I'm glad that you like the custom divider that I made for Cam. I have set @Camlara as a 100% beneficiary on that post, so that all proceeds from upvotes on it will go to supporting Cam financially. All the best to you Cam, as you recover. Rest easy, and try not to stress.

You have done so much my friend. All help is appreciated and you have done something really special. I can only imagine the ordeal they went thru. Things are looking good and handled one step at a time. Getting out of the hospital was a start. Always take care and keep yourselves safe there.

Thanks for that @mhel. Do drop a post on us every now and then to let us know how Cam is doing. We are praying for his continued recovery. It will be nice when he has the strength one day, if he wants to, to see him posting here himself. One day! Until then, do let us know how he is doing, @mhel. Thanks!
