I think it is also related to memorizing power also. I meet some people who were mindful and leave a good impression. I can remember their face, but I can't remember their name anymore.

My husband is good at recognising faces years down the line, but might not always remember names. I'm the other way around. I'm more likely to remember names, but if they've changed a lot I might not recognise their face.
Hehe. It's interesting. Your husband can remember face and your can remember name. Perfect combination.
Faces, too, I think I'm good with them. As for names, I just learnt it over time since I read How to Win Friends and Influence People years ago.
