I decided to participate in this contest held by @inuke with the supervision of @bhattg under the indiaunited community.
Everyday will find ways to be inspired and be inspiration to others so that we will be motivated to move forward to achieve and accomplished all the things we are meant to do. A little background, we always find inspiration for other's work or achievement like watching videos, people around us, inspirational quotes, slogan, movies, drama/anime/professional, documentary series, life lessons, journey of success (famous celebrities, businessman, art painters, etc.,), people with disabilities, sick people who have the courage to win the battle and see their life worth living for. Above all of this achievement and successes of a person I easily get inspired by their humility and compassion towards others.
Sometimes I made mistakes in my workplace my supervisor scolded me. I heard some friends saying bad things about their supervisors or boss. Instead of telling bad things about our boss we should appreciate them. Confrontation about the work performance, we do accept it differently.
At the moment I was scolded I was crying instead of getting angry or talk back, I remained silent and take her words in a positive way. I took her advises as my inspiration to be a good employee. After that, she asked me why you didn't get angry at me? Why are you still smiling? I told her because you care for me, You won't do that if you don't like me. You only want for me is to perform well. You inspired me not to give up, you taught me to appreciate my job and not to take it easy. Every time someone is attacking me at work my supervisor always say a positive about me. It's inspired me to keep going not to be bothered about the gossip. Gossip its never dies. It keeps reproducing more and more. Be wise not to be one of them.

I am lucky enough, I did finish my degree and I have a job that someone wanting to have or will appreciate to have it. Always be grateful and be compassionate to people around you. Treat every person fairly and with justice. Never looked down with anyone's work, but be an inspiration for them to keep doing their jobs well.
