Pleasing others is no easy task, for never what we do is enough, and they always live putting, but to whatever you do. So live and be happy no matter what others say. Live and live without worrying about what others will say. Society is implacable with those who try to escape the noose that gags and oppresses them. We are taught from childhood to ask for opinion and approval. Believe it or not, they even interfere with our dreams and longings.
Be strong, I know it is difficult to break away from everything, but it is necessary to be who you want to be and achieve your life projects. Instead of having support from the people we love and appreciate, it seems that they are our enemies because they bet on us to do badly and to fail. But we must open our eyes and look for our happiness. Get rid of what is in your way

Another aspect that blocks us from being happy is that we are instilled from childhood to be successful, to be the best and to come first. But, they forget the fundamental thing: to teach us to be kind, to love and to be happy. All these aspects sometimes prevent us from being happy, some of us succeed, but others die trying. However, it is possible to get back on track even when we have made wrong decisions that changed the course of our life.
It is important to emphasize that there is no age to fulfill your dreams or to be happy. Nor do you need another person by your side. You just have to try to achieve emotional balance, well-being and happiness. Even when there are storms, obstacles and people who constantly tell us that it is impossible. Don't listen to them and keep going: As Marilyn Monroe said: “Happiness is within you, not next to someone else”.
Look inside yourself, go on and do what makes you happy, without giving anyone a chance to stop you. In my case, at this point I just need tranquility, breathe fresh air and get-togethers with coffee and friends. Also, to have contact with nature and enjoy the beauties that it offers me. Above all, I want to thank for everything I have received, every day I try to be better and to sow a little seed of love and peace for future generations.

Otro aspecto que bloquea que seamos felices, es que se nos inculca desde niños a ser exitosos, ser los mejores y llegar de primero. Pero, se les olvida lo fundamental: enseñarnos a ser bondadosos, a amar y a ser felices. Todos estos aspectos a veces nos impiden ser felices, algunos lo logramos, pero otros mueren en el intento. Sin embargo, sí se puede retomar el camino aun cuando se hayan tomado decisiones erradas que cambiaron el rumbo de nuestra vida.
Es importante destacar, que no hay edad para cumplir los sueños ni para ser feliz. Tampoco necesitas a otra persona a tu lado. Solo hay que tratar de alcanzar el equilibrio emocional, el bienestar y la felicidad. Aun cuando haya tormentas, se presenten obstáculos y personas que constantemente nos digan que no se puede y que es imposible. No los oigas y sigue adelante: Como dijo Marilyn Monroe: “La felicidad está dentro de uno, no al lado de alguien”.
Busca dentro de ti, continua y haz lo que te haga feliz, sin darle chance a nadie de que te lo impida. En mi caso, a estas alturas solo necesito tranquilidad, respirar aire puro y tertulias con café y amigas. Así mismo, tener contacto con la naturaleza y disfrutar de las bellezas que me brinda. Sobre todo agradecer por todo lo que he recibido, cada día trato de ser mejor y de sembrar una semillita de amor y paz para las futuras generaciones.
