So I have been forming a team for an event, have postponed submission a lot and lastly, I started to rush as the deadline was knocking at the door. A friend of mine was quite serious regarding this event so he approached me to be a part of the team he is planning to form for the event, sweet, less work for me, lol. Each team can have a minimum of two and a maximum of four members, so I told him that I have someone that I wish to include if he is okay, he agreed and the last member was up to him to manage, and he did.
My friend added that fourth person to the group, me and my partner were like, "WTF bro, who the hell you just dragged in." I was the admin of the group so I kicked him out instantly without any delay. My friend was quite shocked to see this, he asked what was wrong.
It was his past deeds that he got rewarded without even knowing. The person my friend added was a very disrespectful person, he misbehaved with the senior community members out of ego, it was pretty bad and the community kind of boycotted him. So if I had formed the team with that guy, everyone would have surely cornered us as well, because one rotten fruit in the basket may ruin the others too, so I just threw it away. My friend was not so active in the community so didn't know about this fuss. He just saw his eagerness and some activity in another community so picked him up and ended up with a misjudgment. In the end, we formed our team with just three, we didn’t wait for the fourth one as we are good enough right now.
Why did I share this?
This is because our actions from the past might affect our future too. He can't get into a good team because nobody would want to take in a boy like him who is so disrespectful to the seniors, only those who don't know the story might take him but they will suffer too just because of him. Actions like this may look simple in the beginning but turn out to be a massive one as time passes. He got kicked out without any explanation, these are the effects of his bad deeds, and many more are yet to come naturally.
So yeah, this is how it went, a lesson both for him and us as well. Because of the way we see or treat him without any personal enmity just because of his one mistake that was crucial enough to carry these outcomes. If we are not careful enough with our actions then we might face something like that as well.
Karma is real. What you have done before will surely hunt you in the future so make sure you always do good and this is a lesson to you, me and every other person

Manners are very important and I think we should not keep them in team because I think that kind of arrogant or mannerless person bring negative impact in team. So I think you have done the right thing.
Exactly, whoever gets into a clash with the seniors won't hesitate to start disputes with the teammates as well in case of any disagreement.

Yup, i can understand your point. However, we should also take into consideration that life is a learning process. Your faults and misfires might be an aspect only for you to grow forward but not your end. In other words, one may change through the course of time but yes, to forgive and forget is subjective since it is based on how deep the impact that the actions brought before. Enjoy your day 😊
