By conveying our deeper thoughts on Hive, we can uplift and support each other across the blockchain. This week we had some wonderful authors visit to share their life reflections, wisdom, and snapshots of their experience on this rock with us.
No matter if they have responded to our weekly prompt, or posted on their own topics, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate thoughtfulness on chain! We hope you will consider taking the time to check their writing out and support their work! You may even make a new friend. ✌️
Fragments of myself I've outsourced by @honeydue
We spend long chunks of time wondering about the future and worrying about the robots taking over, about how life will change, about not being able to handle it (which is our main concern, really). Except so much of ourselves has been outsourced and delegated to machinery already, it seems like a superfluous concern. As Elon Musk very rightly pointed out, "we're cyborgs already". I've been changing tech in my life lately. First, my laptop, now my beloved Kindle
Hiking Through Life: 5 Realizations from the Mountains by @yzamazing
Once you start hiking, it can be addicting. We might have different reasons why we keep coming back. Some hike for the thrill and adventure, some are out there looking for peace of mind, some for therapy, some out of hobby, but whatever your reason might be, I’m sure that the mountains have taught you a lesson or two, and these are a few things I have picked up on the trail. 🌿Every Pain has a Reward Hiking can be physically & mentally exhausting, but with every aching muscle, every breathless climb—it all leads you to a reward when you reach the top. The summit view, the serenity of nature, and the pride in your effort remind me that struggles in life will always pave the way to something worthwhile
Just Keep Dancing by @trucklife-family
This year, I made a promise to myself, that I was going to make more time to do the things that I love. With dancing being one of the main things, but in more natural settings, especially drug an alcohol free spaces. I have never been a big drinker, so I can get really irritated, when drunk folk bump into me when I am dancing. I just don't really enjoy, the whole atmosphere that comes with alcohol. How much it can change people, how disconnected they become
How to mess up a Prompt? by @inuke
And here's my thought process. “Dude, let's go it is a simple prompt. We should be able to walk all over it. You basically hate everyone. Now all you gotta do is find three things you admire about anyone
Finding Strength In Weakness. by @luchyl
At our weakest moment, there lies the strength to move on. Luchyl The human spirit is incredibly resilient. In the bleakest of times, when we feel overwhelmed, defeated, or hopeless, there is a seed of strength that can fuel our growth. This strength might not be obvious at first—in fact, it might be hidden beneath layers of fear, pain, or self doubt. But it's always there, waiting to be unleashed
My thoughts on personal self-esteem./Мої думки про особисту самооцінку. (En/Ua) by @nadin-zakrevska
Self evaluation in our lives. Today I will write my thoughts on whether assessments are needed in our lives. Every day, along with our lives, there is a certain assessment of each situation, solving problems, difficulties, misunderstandings, work tasks. This is changeable and has the ability to improve or not. Someone evaluates us
"From hatred to understanding " [Eng-Esp] by @cajiro
Imagine for a moment that you are in a high school studying a career that you like, with a teacher who in affection and affection leads the way and, if that were not enough, with great fellow students. Without a doubt, these are the ideal conditions to learn and give the best of yourself. But suddenly, in just one day, everything changes radically due to a simple yet important fact: a change of teacher. Thus the scenario takes such an impressive turn that it can even lead you to feel something that you would not want others to feel for you, a contempt loaded with a bit of hatred that could lead you to show the worst of you. That's what happened to me when I was in an academy studying customer service, with a teacher who from the first day won my heart and many students who soon became my friends
She is still helpful to me. by @ijebest
Hello Hive, It's yet another inspirational topic that's closely related to each and every one of us. Honestly, nobody could say there's no such relationship around him or her at all. We only need some dimensions of wisdom, patience and logical strategies to handle them whenever such occurs. In life, we create boundaries on someone or on some people to avoid some expensive dramatic stuff we may not be able to handle or didn't bargain for. I strongly believe that our individual or collective peace is paramount to us, no matter what is trying to destroy our peace of mind and mental health
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝑶𝒇 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 by @amiegeoffrey
Three years ago was one of the toughest years of my life. A lot happened so fast, leaving me off balance. Although I knew I could figure things out my own way, what I really needed was a listening ear not someone to preach to me, but just someone to listen as I ranted or expressed my pain. I was still working at a firm before I resigned, but I had a colleague who wasn't just a colleague she was a sister and a friend. That morning, as I resumed work, she noticed something was off
2025: Thursday thoughts by @amayphin
On the process of letting go How can we tell if we are truly free from the burdens in our heart? The invincible ropes that circled tight on the body be finally free. I believe it differs from every person and the way how we define the weight of the hurts that we carry. Even our own mistakes that hunts us. How can we be free from that seal of deep isolation of darkness of unforgiving heart?
