Some people think that a mug is just a mug and they are wrong because a mug is something special and involves feelings, history and love. In it we visualize our dreams and give free rein to our imagination. In smoke we visualize our dreams and desires; we are fairy tale princesses, novel protagonists, movie actresses and maybe so high that we can reach the moon as astronauts.

We don't always feel good. Happiness doesn't come to us every day. Disappointment can shatter our hopes and dreams. Our optimistic thoughts can suddenly be crushed by despair. It really interested me to know that the whole alien conspiracy theory includes quantum crypto mania? I have come across the quantum tech subject when I see movies like these superhero movies, the Ant-Man especially and the last one I just watched, the Marvels. They really talk about the quantum mechanics and multiverse like it's something real and in existence.

In this society of chaos and haste, where stopping to think is a luxury, I could not feel more fortunate to have the time to do so. I could not help myself but than to fall into reflection earlier this morning, waking up to just a week to Christmas as the count down continues. I felt within me that life itself is a gift. How is that sone people we started the year with are no longer with us, and some that are with us are not fully satisfied with how things has turned out for them as the year is ending .

I met a friend the other day, and she wanted to attend the unveiling of this new monument in our neighbourhood, commemorating a radio personality who fought Communism back in the day. Personally, I find this type of thing a little pretentious, but I went along for her sake, and wasn't surprised to find it was. Pretentious. Don't get me wrong, the sculpture was quite nice, I thought, quite modern, and I was keen on hearing the artist say a few words, maybe explain it a bit.

I'm meant to be taking it easy, after the wonderful She Wolf workshop I did on Sunday. For at least, the following three days, we were told, so that we can really process our experience. But it's not happened. My days have been very full. (even more full than usual) Yesterday me and my youngest walked into town and back...
