Hola amigos de hive espero estén teniendo una semana bendecida productiva y llena de mucha alegría. Es mi primera vez publicando en esta comunidad que me parece maravillosa ya que insta al cuidado de la piel y aunque muchos no prestan atención a cuidar la piel, es muy importante ponerle atención ya que la piel es el órgano más grande que tenemos y vulnerable al estar más expuesto que otros órganos
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta limpieza facial que me realice yo misma. Soy cosmiatra y parece mentira pero casi nunca me hago un tratamiento o una limpieza facial a mi misma,
Tenía casi tres meses sin hacerme un cariñito a mi misma y pues al ver que las niñas estaban dormidas y tenía tiempo y tranquilidad sobre todo de hacerme la limpieza pues no lo pensé.
Tome todo lo que necesito y comencé
Prepare la piel con el jabón facial y el exfoliante y luego de eso tome unos minutos y me puse vapor ozono en el rostro para abrir los poros y que las extracciones fueran más rápidas y menos dolorosas. Luego de eso con el sacacomedon comencé a extraer los puntos negros y después usé un aparato que se llama microdermoabrasion que ayuda a remover las células muertas dejando limpia esa primera capa de la piel con células renovadas y nuevas que dan un aspecto mucho más bonito al rostro.

I had almost three months without taking care of myself and seeing that the girls were asleep and I had time and peace of mind, especially to do the cleaning, I didn't think about it.
Take everything I need and start
Prepare the skin with the facial soap and scrub and after that I took a few minutes and put ozone steam on my face to open the pores and make the extractions faster and less painful. After that, with the comedon remover I began to extract the blackheads and then I used a device called microdermabrasion that helps remove dead cells, leaving that first layer of skin clean with renewed and new cells that give a much more beautiful appearance to the face. .

Dejame reir para no llorar, estoy en Barcelona. Si tienes aliadas por aquí, me pongo en sus manos. Ya que mi miedo es que apliquen un producto que no es, o lo hagan con pasos que no son porque hablamos de la cara, y eso no se puede esconder. Es un tema bastante amplio. Saludos.
