Seguimos con la recuperación de mi cabello Post Semana Santa.
Aún sigue un poco reseco y opaco. Tengo en mente conseguir una buena de crema de peinar para comenzar a darle forma a mis ondas y tratar de limitar un poco más el uso de la plancha.
El calor maltrata mucho las hebras del cabello y a mi incluso me las debilitó tanto al punto que mi cabello perdió su grosor y volumen.
Hace unos años dejé de usar la plancha por varios meses y estaba recuperando poco a poco la forma y salud de mi cabello. Actualmente siento que se está dañando nuevamente, es por eso que hoy les escribo acerca de esta mascarilla desintoxicante.

We continue with the recovery of my hair after Easter.
It's still a bit dry and dull. I have in mind to get a good styling cream to start shaping my waves and try to limit the use of the flat iron a bit more.
The heat is very damaging to the hair strands and it even weakened them so much that my hair lost its thickness and volume.
A few years ago I stopped using the flat iron for several months and was slowly recovering the shape and health of my hair. Now I feel it is getting damaged again, that's why today I am writing about this detoxifying mask.
Esta mascarilla ya la había probado en una ocasión y me gustó el resultado, sentí que mi cabello quedó super limpio y libre de impurezas y sentía el cuero cabelludo súper fresco ya que me dejó una sensación mentolada.
Estas mascarillas las adquirí todas por internet y sinceramente algunas me gustaron más que otras pero, por el bajo costo (1$) me parece que cumplen su función.
Me fuí al baño y lo primero que hice fue humedecer mi cabello con agua. Previamente había destapado el empaque de la mascarilla porque hacerlo con las manos mojadas es un poco difícil.
I had already tried this mask once and I liked the result, I felt that my hair was super clean and free of impurities and my scalp felt super fresh because it left a minty sensation.
I bought all these masks online and honestly some of them I liked more than others but, for the low cost (1$) I think they do their job.
I went to the bathroom and the first thing I did was to wet my hair with water. I had previously uncovered the mask packaging because doing it with wet hands is a bit difficult.
Luego de humedecer mi cabello apliqué mi Shampoo, como les mencioné anteriormente, no es mi favorito pues me deja una sensación extraña en el cuero cabelludo aunque si me ha ayudado un poco con el control de la caspa.
Masajeo mi cuero cabelludo con las yemas de mis dedos y esparzo el shampoo por todos lados, luego enjuago. Este paso lo repetí tres veces, me gusta sentir mi cabello limpio.
After moisturizing my hair I apply my Shampoo, as I mentioned before, it's not my favorite as it leaves a strange feeling on my scalp although it has helped me a little with dandruff control.
I massage my scalp with my fingertips and spread the shampoo all over, then rinse. I repeat this step three times, I like to feel my hair clean.
Luego de aplicar tres veces el shampoo es tiempo de usar la mascarilla.
Apliqué un poco en mi mano y la consistencia es bastante espesa, tiene un color verde menta y pequeñas esferas que creo que sirven para exfoliar ligeramente el cuero cabelludo. Como les mencioné arriba cuando la aplicamos en el cuero cabelludo genera una sensación mentolada bastante refrescante.
El empaque dice que se debe dejar de 2 a 3 minutos.
La comencé aplicando de medios a puntas y lo que sobró en mis manos lo apliqué en la raíz.
Mientras actuaba sentía como se iban desenredando los nudos en mi cabello.
Estas mascarillas son super hidratantes y dejan el cabello muy suave, mi favorita es la de Coco aunque no pude conseguirla más.
After applying the shampoo three times it is time to use the mask.
I applied some on my hand and the consistency is quite thick, it has a mint green color and small spheres that I think serve to slightly exfoliate the scalp. As I mentioned above, when applied to the scalp it generates a refreshing minty sensation.
The package says to leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes.
I started by applying it from mid-lengths to ends and what was left over on my hands I applied it to the roots.
As it worked, I could feel the knots in my hair untangling.
These masks are super moisturizing and leave the hair very soft, my favorite is the Coconut one although I couldn't get it anymore.
Luego de aplicar la mascarilla el tiempo correspondiente, enjuagué mi cabello.
Sebo admitir que esperaba otros resultados, quizás una sensación diferente en el cuero cabelludo pero no fue así.
Al salir de la ducha sequé el exceso de agua que tenía mi cabello y apliqué una crema de peinar.
Últimamente mis ondas están tratando de volver por eso quiero conseguir una crema de peinar y crear una buena rutina para el cabello para darle su forma natural.
Y bueno chicas así quedó mi cabello después de esta Desintoxicación.

After applying the mask for the appropriate amount of time, I rinsed my hair.
I must admit that I was expecting other results, maybe a different feeling on my scalp but it was not the case.
When I got out of the shower I dried the excess water out of my hair and applied a styling cream.
Lately my waves are trying to come back so I want to get a styling cream and create a good routine for my hair to give it its natural shape.
And well girls this is what my hair looked like after this Detox.

Hola!creo que nunca antes habia escuchado de las mascarillas desintoxicantes y justo antes de ver tu post me aparecio en fb la publicidad de un shampoo detox haha
Espero encuentres una crema que te guste,el calor y la playa son muy dañinos para nuestro cabello.Quiza deberias investigar tambien sobre la frecuencia del lavado del cabello :) gracias por tu reseña!
