Feliz martes querida comunidad, estoy emocionada por compartir este contenido sobre el cabello, en esta ocasión daré una fácil receta de una mascarilla para el cabello, que ayudara a reparar, dar brillo y ponerlo sedoso; es una mascarilla de aguacate y huevo tan solo 2 ingredientes, que aportan tantos nutrientes al cabello y lo ayudan a lucir hermoso así que mis amigos los invito a seguir el paso a paso de esta grandiosa receta y aplicación de la misma sin decir más acompañeme
Happy Tuesday dear community, I am excited to once again share a new content about hair, this time I will give an easy recipe for a hair mask, which will help repair, shine and make it silky, is a mask of avocado and egg just 2 ingredients, which provide so many nutrients to the hair and help it look beautiful so my friends I invite you to follow the step by step of this great recipe and application of the same without saying more accompany me.
Ingredientes-Ingredients.
- 1 aguacate.
1 avocado.
- 1 huevo.
- 1 egg.
Preparación de la mascarilla. /Preparation of the mask.
1paso./1 step.
En 2 platillo tome el aguacate y le retire la cascara y corte en trozos y reserve, luego tome 1 huevo y solo tome la yema.
In 2 saucers take the avocado and remove the peel and cut into pieces and set aside, then take 1 egg and only take the yolk.
2 paso./2 step.
Luego tome un tazón y coloque el aguacate y lo triture hasta obtener una crema.
Then take a bowl and place the avocado in it and mash it until you get a cream.
3 paso./3 step.
Después añadí a yema de huevo en la crema de aguacate.

4 paso./4 step.
luego removí los 2 ingredientes hasta obtener una mascarilla de aguacate; después pasé a la aplicación en mi cabello.
I then stirred the 2 ingredients together until I got an avocado mask; then I applied it to my hair.
Aplicación de la mascarilla./Mask application.
- Primero tome la mascarilla y con mis manos tome pequeñas porciones y aplique en la raíz de mi cabello hasta las puntas hasta lograr cubrir todo, y deje un tiempo estipulado de 15 min luego retire con abundante agua y champú de mi preferencia.
- First take the mask and with my hands take small portions and apply on the roots of my hair to the ends until it covers everything. and leave for a stipulated time of 15 minutes then remove with plenty of water and shampoo of my preference.
